International shipping plays a vital role in global trade given that
two-thirds of the world’s goods are transported by sea.  The
shipping industry provides a cost-effective and practical means of
transportation internationally of large volumes and cargoes.
The ISO container solution offers an alternative to conventional
shipping methods; the bulk material is loaded into the
container at the production site and this container
is transported to the port.
There is a significant cost advantage in using containers; that’s
why the trend towards international transport using containers looks set to continue.
In this way, the U¨NSA container liner is a cost-effective
solution to bulk cargo transportation. It converts a
Standard ISO container into a dry bulk transport system
for shipping dry, free-flowing materials such as granules and
powders.
A variety of foodstuffs and chemicals can be easily and
safely transported in a highly cost-effective manner.
Using U¨NSA container liners would cost about 60% of
using two-tonne bulk bags, about 50% of using one-tonne
bulk bags, and about 30% of using 25kg bags.
ÜNSA container liners minimize cargo spillage and
waste, and provide cost-effective savings for the shipping of
bulk raw materials, chemicals and agricultural products.
The U¨NSA container liner, which is produced from
woven PP fabric, protects the customer’s valuable products
against contamination; the liner forms a protective shield
between the bulk powder product and container floor and
walls.  The bulk material is loaded into the container at the
production site and then transported to the port. From this
point, the material is the same as any other containerized cargo
and can be loaded, shipped and unloaded with comparative ease.
Following removal of the U¨NSA container liner, the container
is also cleanly preserved for re-use.
Liners are manufactured from food grade coated woven
polypropylene fabric, and are custom designed depending upon
the application.
Also, the U¨NSA container liner provides the solution for
various loading and discharge applications such top hatch loading
by filling spouts, loading through the door (by a conveyor belt or
filling pipe), discharge by spouts or by letterbox system.
U¨NSA also offers the following options for its container
liners: dust-free on the seams, hemmed seams, conductive fabric,
PE spouts, safety sheets for discharge spouts and control window
in door panel. Loops for the fixation metal bars are sewn on the
bulkhead.
Specific bulk liner sizes conform to any corresponding
intermodal shipping container for cargo transport; however, the
most common sizes, for Standard ISO are 20 foot and 40 foot
export containers.
U¨NSA container liners are fast to install (less than 10
minutes).  Using U¨NSA container liners means an increased
loading capacity, and additional protection to the product by
minimizing of cargo spillage and waste.
