Terminales Portuarias del Pacifico (TPP) has successfully completed the loading of its first Capesize vessel at the Mexican port of Lazaro Cárdenas. In total, 140,000 tonnes of iron ore, which had come from mines in the state of Michoacán and Guerreo, was put on board the Great Hebei en route to China. The entire loading period took a record 133 hours, equivalent to an average 23,000 tonnes per day.
