Noatum Ports (previously known as Dragados-SPL) has acquired a 50% stake in Bilbao-based logistics operator Agemasa through its Marmedsa subsidiary.
The shares were acquired from the former Portuguese partner the Orey Group.Agemasa is a multi-purpose terminal, equipped with modern machinery and possessing substantial warehousing. Currently, it specializes in iron and steel products, general cargo and project cargo. BC
