The ICT group is to build a general cargo and fertilizer terminal at the Russian Baltic port of Ust-Luga. It will be capable of handling 4mt (million tonnes) annually and should come to operation in 2016. The terminal will be linked to an adjacent carbamide plant along a dedicated corridor. The plant will produce synthetic ammonia and urea, having respective annual capacity of 350,000 tonnes and 1.2mt per annum.
