ProdKorporatsiya, a grain trader based in Kazakhstan, has begun operating a 700,000-tonne-capacity grain terminal in the Iranian port of Amirabad. On-dock storage of up to 53,000 tonnes is available. In partnership with a local company, $18.2 million was invested in the facility, with equity divided equally between the two partners.
